You will be able to sign up for one or the whole series!* In this calming experience, children explore narratives not just with words, but with mindfulness and creative movement meant to focus the mind and calm the body. Each session blends storytelling, gentle yoga, and guided meditations to help learners strengthen focus, mindfulness, and self-regulation while nurturing creativity and connection. Through stories and movements, children practice listening, flexibility, and emotional awareness — essential skills for learning and life — all while having fun and expressing themselves in meaningful ways. Who it’s for: Early childhood and elementary classrooms, enrichment programs, afterschool programs, homeschool cooperatives, libraries, or other learning groups looking to help children build calm, focus, and creativity. What you’ll gain: Mindful movement routines that build attention, balance, and body awareness Story-based activities that connect movement, imagination, and literacy Tools for self-regulation and emotional expression through storytelling A culture of calm, creativity, and collaboration Format: One-time or a four-week series (45–60 minutes each session) offered in-person at your learning space.
