In this calming experience, children explore narratives not just with words — but with their voices, movements, and creativity. Each session blends storytelling, gentle yoga, and guided meditations to help learners strengthen focus, mindfulness, and self-regulation while nurturing creativity and connection. Through stories and movements, children practice listening, flexibility, and emotional awareness — essential skills for learning and life — all while having fun and expressing themselves in meaningful ways. Who it’s for: Early childhood and elementary classrooms, enrichment programs, homeschool cooperatives, or afterschool groups seeking an engaging mind-body experience that supports literacy, executive functioning, and emotional growth.
