In this calming experience, children explore narratives not just with words — but with their voices, movements, and creativity. Each session blends storytelling, gentle yoga, and guided meditations to help learners strengthen focus, mindfulness, and self-regulation while nurturing creativity and connection. Through stories and movements, children practice listening, flexibility, and emotional awareness — essential skills for learning and life — all while having fun and expressing themselves in meaningful ways. Who it’s for: Early childhood and elementary classrooms, enrichment programs, homeschool cooperatives, or afterschool groups seeking an engaging mind-body experience that supports literacy, executive functioning, and emotional growth. What you’ll gain: Mindful movement routines that build attention, balance, and body awareness Story-based activities that connect movement, imagination, and literacy Tools for self-regulation and emotional expression through storytelling A classroom culture of calm, creativity, and collaboration Format: One-time or a four-week series (45–60 minutes each session) offered in-person.
